We are incredibly honored and thrilled to announce that Parro has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in New Zealand’s first-ever official @michelinguide!

This milestone feels like a dream, but it’s the result of pure dedication, fire, and passion.
Our deepest gratitude goes out to our incredible staff— who show up every single day with unmatched dedication, craftsmanship, and heart. This recognition belongs to you.

To our amazing suppliers, and most importantly, to our guests who share our table and support our journey, thank you. We wouldn’t be here without our community.

The fire keeps burning, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to celebrate this achievement together 🥳❤️🔥 by @parro_akl

To be recognized among the very best in Aotearoa is a milestone we will cherish forever.

A massive thank you to the entire @cuisinemagazine team and to @kellibrett for their unwavering support and dedication to New Zealand’s dining scene.

Most importantly, to our incredible team: your relentless passion, long hours, and commitment to excellence made this possible. This achievement belongs to every single one of you in the kitchen and on the floor.

Here’s to pushing boundaries, chasing dreams, and celebrating what we love most.
