The race win starts on the workbench. Long before a hub sees the start line, the local loop or your favourite trail, it’s a block of carefully chosen aluminium alloy. Well-oiled machines cut it precisely, gauges check that precision, and experienced hands make sure it all comes together properly, from start to finish. It’s not the most glamorous side of cycling, but if you’re reading this far, you probably appreciate it as much as we do. Every Particle hub is machined to tolerances of just 0.003/0.005mm, putting them among the most precise hubs commercially available. Our AR1 hubs are ridden by two of our sponsored UCI pro teams, with nearly a dozen stage and race wins, and they’ve lined up at the start of six WorldTour races. But you don’t need to be a pro to care what’s inside your hub. You just want to know it’s built properly, easy to service, and that it’ll get you home instead of leaving you stranded on the side of the road. ᐧ 0.003/0.005mm Machining Tolerances ᐧ Star Ratchet Freehub ᐧ Low Rolling Resistance S&S Steel or Ceramic Bearing Options ᐧ Detailed Wheelbuilding Report With Every Wheelset ⬆️🔗 read more out our hubs and wheels via our website link in bio ᐧ . . #particlewheels #wheelbuilding #cyclingtech #carbonwheels #bikeengineering by @particlebike
