I’m a 40-ish, divorced, mom of 2 amazing kids and 2 spoiled cats. 💕

I love getting dressed up, being girly, dancing the night away… but I’m just as happy watching a baseball game! ⚾️💃

Divorce changed the way our family looks, but it never changed my commitment to keeping us together, even while living apart.

Five years later, I’ve found the love of my life, a man who loves my children like his own. ❤️

My story isn’t about a broken family. It’s about choosing peace, embracing change, finding love again, and proving that family can look different and still be beautiful.

Even autocorrect thinks divorce has to be difficult. 🙄

Why are we so conditioned to associate divorce with negativity?

I fully understand that every divorce is different, but the bottom line is, we don’t hear enough about the women who want to divorce peacefully and JUST BE HAPPY. Far too many women stay married because of the ugly narrative.

What if divorce could mean peace, growth, respect, and a happier future?

What if the goal after divorce wasn’t to win… but to protect the little people watching it all unfold? 🤍

You don’t have to agree on everything.
You don’t have to like each other.
And you certainly don’t have to pretend the divorce didn’t hurt.

But you can choose to stop fighting about the kids… and start fighting for them.

For their sense of security.
For their childhood.
For their relationship with both parents.
For the memories they’ll carry with them.

Because co-parenting isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about choosing your children, even when choosing peace is hard.
