Want to do acro this summer? 👀🌞

Our first TT was in 2013… and yes we love what we do but we also love changes! So this year it will be a condensed version of the month long training.

Rather than loosing depth the course gains focus, brining the essential techniques, tools and experiences into a concentrated space. We will move through the core content efficiently, learning can integrate more quickly and powerfully.

Manual Monday 💙

Foot to hand can be challenging the the base’s wrist so before trying standing foot to hand, make sure you feel comfortable in L-base foot to hand.

The more the flyer understands how to help the base by pointing the feet and squeeze their legs together the better for the base’s wrist 😉

PS: give love to your base’s wrist with a little massage after the practice.

Our international team, @acro_hybrid @acrobeatbox and Emily will bring your practice to the next level! All of them have a lot of experience in acro as much as in teaching 🤸🏼‍♀️

Evan : standing dynamics, you’ll leave the TT feeling way more stable upside down

David : whips, whip pops, icarian are his jam, and as a hybrid he has the best understanding of each trick

Emily : prehab to take care of your body, hand to hand and all types of refinements / details, technique is key ✨
