Vintage treasures from my journeys around France.

I’m never disappointed buying from John @oldebonyschoolantiques. He won’t be @favershamantiquesmarket this time but look out for him as he always has great stock. This little bucket along with the sheep shears (with original material still around the handle to protect the shepherds hands) were quickly squirrelled away in my shepherds hut 🥰🥰 taken in Rye, East Sussex by @partridge_barn_

Looking forward to selling at Kempton. Lots of pumpkins and gourds coming with us for your shop windows or autumnal displays. Plenty of pots and warmer coloured items to get you in the mood for the change of season. @sunburyantiques #pumpkins #shepherdshut #antiquing taken in Kempton Park Racecourse by @partridge_barn_

Wow what a couple of days at Goodwood Revival. We stopped at Tinwood Vinyard for lunch and a wine tour. The sparkling wine is some of the best in the Uk. Then onto Goodwood and a day of dressing up. The theme this year for the ladies in our group was vintage riding wear. Had a super couple of days and you will run out of energy before you see all the attractions. Must give a mention to Dolly and Gracie the cleaning ladies with the fab legs 🤩Also Alan Hiscox and his team at the BHS (nice to see he hasn’t changed after all these years) #thebritishhorsesociety #tinwoodestate #goodwoodrevival #dollyandgracie taken in Goodwood Revival @ Goodwood Circuit, West Sussex by @partridge_barn_

What a beautiful shop, mix of vintage and new pieces, you think you are in a film set or very fancy home. Tara has 2 shops in the High Street so you will be sure to find something. @risingstarkent taken in Tenterden by @partridge_barn_

Part 1 of 2….. Been after a shepherds hut for some time and found this beauty on line….. From Oxfordshire to Rye on the back of a trailer taking in the sights of the M3,M25 and the A21 🙄 to the challenging last few miles of narrow lanes and low hanging trees 🫣 where our friendly farmer towed it to its final resting place…
A week of restoration followed and the Potting Shed is now up and running! 🪴🌻#shepherdshut #pottingshed#pottingshedstyle #shed taken in Rye, East Sussex by @partridge_barn_

This is only a very small selection of what’s growing in my new garden. I can’t take any credit for their success. It’s all down to the sun and regular manure deliveries from my friendly farmer. Picked a few early as the plants are under some stress with the drought conditions. taken in Rye, East Sussex by @partridge_barn_

Just back from France, I managed to fit in a couple of brocantes. Had a lovely trip but my heart goes out to everyone affected by the wildfires and the emergency services working so hard to control them. by @partridge_barn_
