Isn’t AI amazing?!!
It can run the numbers.
It can answer a text.
It cannot read a dance floor.
It cannot read the emotions.

I’ve been doing this since 1999, and the moments that matter most at an event never show up on a timeline. It’s the coordinator who catches the flower girl about to melt down and quietly shifts the entrance. It’s the DJ who feels the room dip and finds the one song that brings Grandma back out. It’s a room full of people deciding, together, that tonight is the night.

You can’t code that. It comes from showing up, listening, paying attention, and genuinely caring about the people in front of you.

To the planners, coordinators, performers, talent, staff and crews who pull off the impossible every weekend: we see you. The tools will keep changing…

But what we do isn’t going anywhere.
