I'm not lazy, I'm just on energy-saving mode... which is why I'm only now reflecting on the awesomeness that was 2025. Shoutout to my ride-or-dies - @aarikalee, @melyssagoh, and @timdecotta (THE BROWNIES) - for making last year so unforgettable. We created this little thing called @partywithbrownsugar, and it's been a wild ride ever since. Imagine a party with R&B tunes, karaoke, live music, and a whole lot of shenanigans... yeah, that's what we're talking about! Our first party in December, was pure magic, and we're back for more. A huge shoutout to everyone who came through for the last one and having a great time with us.

@partywithbrownsugar returns for a St. Paddy's Edition on 28 March from 8 pm to late at @salud.singapore. Tickets are free, so get yours now via the link in bio!

Shoutout to @nikvoon @wearenatm for capturing these amazing highlights from the last one. Let’s make more magic ✨✨ taken in salud.singapore by @partywithbrownsugar

The last but definitely not least is the glowingly green ‘Pan-tart’ - both floral, a little lemak, zesty and sweet, it feels like the perfect mashup of Pineapple Tarts and Ondeh Ondeh (if that confuses you, you should definitely order this and see what we mean).

Spided Rum. Pandan, Pineapple, Lime, Gula Melaka (topped with fresh pineapple)

Our next Brown Sugar: Christmas Edition signature drink is Rum-Papum Punch, a house party style punch bowl that's sure to bring the noise. We chose a song for this post that's just as lively and unpredictable.

Spiced Rum, Pimm’s, Peach, Passionfruit, Lemon,
Brown Sugar

It’ll be the ‘1 Thing’ that’ll get you on the dancefloor and with the mic in your hands by the end of the night.
