Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!

This morning, I put these cinnamon rolls in the oven thinking... is there anything better than a home that smells like freshly baked cinnamon rolls? 😌 It’s definitely my favourite!

The perfect way to start a Sunday!🥯🥐🧇🥞🥯🥐🧇🥞🥯

I’m on a roll with making my favorite cookies these days! Here’s another one of mine (and my family’s) all-time favorites! Made with simple ingredients like almond flour, eggs, sugar, and almond extract, but they’re so chewy, flavorful, and very addictive! 😅I barely had time to snap a picture before they were all gone! haha

Do you also feel that certain foods can take you right back to the good old times?

These cookies paired with a hot cup of tea, transport me to simpler days filled with nostalgia, comfort, and sweet memories that always bring a smile. They’re not the easiest to make😄 but every now and then they’re totally worth the effort! 😍

If you love desserts made with pears like I do, you have to try this Pear and Chocolate Tart! I used @jamieoliver ‘s recipe, and of course, it turned out amazing! Rich, velvety chocolate and sweet pears come together perfectly in every bite.

A must try for pear lovers!😋

Happy weekend my friends 💕
I woke up today craving fresh out of the oven bagels, so I made these guilt-free keto friendly beauties with just 4 simple ingredients, almond flour, baking powder, cream cheese, and eggs. Just mix them together, pop them in the oven, and in about 15 minutes, they’re ready to enjoy! They’re soft, chewy, and golden brown, and perfect for a low-carb breakfast or snack. Let me know if you try them ☺️

Healthy, creamy (vegan), and very delicious broccoli soup!
Instead of traditional cream, I soaked some cashews overnight, drained them, and blended them into a rich, velvety cream that perfectly compliments the flavors of (I think) any soup! 😋
🥦🥕🫑🥦🥕🫑

Ingredients :
- 350 gr broccoli
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped potatoes
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 litres vegetable broth
- salt & pepper

I was thinking about making a simple dessert with pears I had and wanted to use them! So I improvised this delicious dessert by adding phyllo layers on the bottom, pastry cream and jam in the middle, and topping it with juicy pears and a crushed pistachios.
Sometimes the best desserts are the ones you just throw together quickly!💐😋
🍐🥮🍮🍐🥮🥧🍐

Ingredients:
- 1/2 packs phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 golden pears
- pastry cream
- fig jam
- almond extract
- cinnamon
- chopped pistachios
