saturday morning at Verdigris @verdigris.bar was exactly what i hoped it would feel like.

we created a three drink menu around a different way to think about coffee. simple, intentional, and each drink with its own point of view.

the aerocano was crisp and straightforward. the freddo cappuccino had a little more softness and familiarity. the reserve pushed the menu somewhere completely different.

three drinks, each showing a different side of what coffee can be.

the reserve was probably the best expression of that. cold brew, caramel, cold foam, and caviar. indulgent, a little unexpected, but thoughtful.

so grateful to everyone who came out and spent part of their saturday morning with us. stART has always been about approaching coffee with intention and giving just as much thought to the experience around it.

last weekend, stART stepped inside Crate & Barrel One Nineteen, bringing our coffee experience to a space where design and hospitality naturally align.

throughout the weekend, we demoed the @ninjakitchen Ninja Luxe Café Pro while serving affogatos, signature coffees, espresso, and warm butter croissants from @mclainsbakerykc.

thank you to the Crate & Barrel team and everyone who stopped by to experience it with us.

nights that feel exactly how they’re supposed to.

the collaboration between stART Coffee @st.artcoffeeco & Prime Social @primesocialrooftop was nothing short of exceptional. subtle, intentional. exactly as it needed to be.

three curated espresso-based cocktails:
banana bread espresso martini
toasted coconut espresso martini
espresso old fashioned

paired with the chef’s feature, the philadelphia roll.

to everyone who experienced the weekend with us, thank you. this wasn’t just a collaboration, it was a glimpse into what coffee can become.

a meaningful evening with a cause close to home.
i’m honored to have attended the 2026 Kansas City Heart Ball representing stART Coffee. as an infant, just 4 months old, i underwent open heart surgery - so being in a space dedicated to advancing heart health felt deeply personal, anchoring me in gratitude and perspective.

as i continue building stART Coffee, moments and environments like this remind me the work was never just about coffee, it’s about people, impact, and using what we create to support something bigger than ourselves.

i’m proud to share the amazing collaboration between @st.artcoffeeco & @billiesgrocery on the iced earl grey toddy featuring: stART Coffee cold brew + billie’s earl grey syrup + oatmilk.

saturday’s pop-up at billie’s was nothing short of amazing. the energy, the conversations, the connections and watching people experience the coffee in real time.

another great weekend in the books!
a collaborative espresso martini event between stART Coffee Co. @st.artcoffeeco and T’ähä Mexican Kitchen @tahakansascity was amazing! the night was filled with great people, great energy, and formation of meaningful connections.

we continued the evening at The Monarch Bar @themonarchbarkc highlighting three signature espresso cocktails, where the depth of stART meets the elegance of Monarch’s mixology. a continuation of the collaboration designed to elevate taste, spark connections, and celebrate the art of experience.
