MAGNOLIA MILK PUNCH
A crystal-clear milk punch inspired by the Lowcountry — floral, citrusy, soft, and deceptively complex.
It looks simple in the glass, but the real work happens before service.

RECIPE
London dry gin
Dry vermouth
Jasmine tea
Fresh lemon
Magnolia-inspired floral syrup
Whole milk

TECHNIQUE
Build the punch base with the gin, vermouth, tea, citrus and floral component.
Slowly introduce the mixture to whole milk and allow the proteins to separate.
Begin the clarification process until the punch starts to run clear.
The exact resting time, filtration method, dilution and final balancing are part of the complete recipe.

GARNISH
Dehydrated lemon lace
Edible white flower

Want the exact measurements + complete clarification method?

DM me “MAGNOLIA” and I’ll send you the full recipe.

I also design custom cocktail programs for restaurants, bars, hotels, resorts, private clubs and hospitality concepts — including signature cocktails, seasonal menus, prep systems, presentation, staff training and complete beverage-program development.

The best cocktails often look effortless because the work happened before the guest ever saw the glass.

LOWCOUNTRY NO. 1

A deep, elegant Lowcountry-inspired cocktail built around aged rum, nutty sherry, toasted pecan, coffee and orange.

Rich enough for cooler evenings, but balanced so every ingredient still has a purpose.

TEASER RECIPE
Aged rum
Oloroso sherry
Toasted pecan demerara
Cold-brew coffee
Orange bitters
Saline

TECHNIQUE
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with plenty of cold ice.

Stir until properly chilled and diluted, then strain over fresh ice.

Finish with orange aromatics and the signature garnish.

I’m leaving out one important step in the toasted-pecan preparation.

GARNISH
Expressed orange peel
Candied pecan

A great cocktail should do more than taste good. It should tell the story of the establishment.
