What looks like tranquility is the opposite sometimes. I was very shocked to see and feel how crisp I looked in these. Last picture is a moment after having a good cry and moving on, feeling grateful. I think that’s one of the reasons dance does it for me… beauty is beauty and i can summon that presence through the skill of movement even if I am far far away from the feeling of it. That’s trippy and I love juxtapositions, especially as someone living in constant confusion. Also how does one not indulge in a sense of confusion these days? Are you even paying attention to our world or have you succumbed to delusion? Truthful answers are as fleeting as our temporary sense of identity, built from and attached to mortal humans who could die at any moment.
anyways! Love you all.

@richardhoughten has been my muse since fall 2022 and was my top artist on Spotify and I am so grateful to live a life where I seem to exist inside of the belly of his music. by @passiflora.flow

Shoutout to all the females with endometriosis who need surgery to deal with it. I’ve been recovering from my own surgery and haven’t been able to dance for a while and it SUCKS. Luckily this filming day was fruitful. Here’s another one of my favorites. by @passiflora.flow

It’s nice to have control over what fulfills me and to exercise that free will. Doesn’t matter how long I fall asleep to it again, what works is always there, and with a tranquil sense of coming back home I get to reconnect. I’ve never been able to feel anger easily because when I was younger it was a safer option to turn it on myself in the form of cruel self talk where I shred myself up. Crazy how warped emotional processing can get when misguided. Dancing actually works to clear out that demented energy and access self clarity. by @passiflora.flow
