Southern Gothic Doom Rockers Wailin Storms are touring their new record THE ARSONIST (out on Season of Mist) and will be coming through Pittsburgh on Tuesday, August 4th at the Government Center. Joining them onstage will be Rated Eye and Passing Bell. An evening of artful heavy music not to be missed!

💀

"There are bands that flirt with darkness, and then there are bands like Wailin Storms, who sound like they were born somewhere in the smoke between the burned-down church, the bad stretch of highway and the house at the end of the street nobody walks past after sunset." - Decibel Magazine

From last weekend at Ormsby's Basement in Pittsburgh. No algorithms, marketing campaigns or AI to poison your mind. Just volume, heat and maybe a little bit of rage. Get off the internet and go to a show! 💀

We've been hard at work these last few months working on our debut album.
Tonight you can come see our return to the stage for our first show in 2026! We'll even be playing some new music. Located at Ormsby Ave Basement (formerly the New Low. On the corner right across from 222. Deep underground). 💀

Tracking for our debut full-length is done and we are in the final mixing stages. More on that shortly. In the meantime we are honing the blade for our return to the stage next Saturday (4/4) at @ormsbysbasement . See previous post for details. 💀
