Did I NEED a football purse?! 🏈👛

Actually… YES. Yes I did. 😂

Because if y’all have learned anything about me, it’s that I’m not showing up to a football game in a normal outfit. 😂 I’m probably wearing something I designed, cut up, painted, rhinestoned, reconstructed, or decided to make at 2AM the night before. 🙆🏻‍♀️🤣

So when I received THIS little beauty… I was like OH SHE GETS ME. 😍🏈

Seriously, THANK YOU Aunt LuAnn, for sending me such a fun accessory to add to my game day looks! There’s something extra special about getting to pair it with something I created myself. ❤️

I would NOT recommend @thirtyhair … unless you want good vibes, a killer look, and to somehow leave feeling like you’ve been a regular for years. 😂💇🏻‍♀️

I found them through social media looking for someone reasonably priced to take me back to one all-over color—and somehow I ended up getting a whole EXPERIENCE.

@sarahthirtyhair , the owner, personally connected me with @sarahthirtyhair , who has 13 years in the game, and they got me in the NEXT DAY. 🙌🏼

From the second I walked in, it just felt GOOD. No fake, over-the-top salon energy—just genuinely welcoming people.

A neck massage before we started. Complimentary hand massage from Bri. Warm towels. A wash station so comfortable I literally fell asleep MULTIPLE TIMES. 😂 And can we discuss the salon cape with ARM SLITS?! GENIUS.

@caitlin.avedaartist listened, educated me, told me prices BEFORE adding anything, never pushed products, and absolutely KILLED my hair. 🔥

I went in wanting a simple color change and walked out feeling like I hit a reset button on my confidence.

I’ve always been an “I’ll just color my hair at home” girl…

Apparently I’m a salon girl now. 😂🖤

So yeah, I definitely don’t recommend Thirty Hair…

🚨 WELL, WELL, WELL… LOOK WHO’S BACK. 😂🖤

After experimenting with my hair like it was a Cricut project I refused to leave alone…

THE NATURAL BLACK HAIR IS BACK, BABY. 😂🙌🏽

And apparently, black-haired Monica woke up and chose SELF-IMPROVEMENT. 😭😂

So for the next 30 DAYS, I’m doing a little experiment:

Can I improve myself AND my business without losing my mind in the process?

We’re about to find out. 😂

For the next 30 days I’m focusing on:

✨ Getting myself together
✨ Getting my business together
✨ Being more consistent
✨ Taking better care of ME
✨ Trying new things
✨ Fixing the things I’ve been saying “I’ll do that tomorrow” about since approximately 2017 😂
✨ And figuring out how to make Passion For Ezra even BETTER.

Because apparently owning a business for 13 years does NOT come with a magical moment where someone appears and says:

“Congratulations Monica, you officially know what you’re doing now.” 😂

RUDE.

So this is my 30-day reset.

Will I become a completely organized, hydrated, well-rested businesswoman who answers everything on time, works out, drinks enough water and has her entire life together?

Absolutely.

Will that last longer than 36 hours?

MIND YOUR BUSINESS. 😂😂😂

But we’re TRYING.

New mindset.
New goals.
New habits.
New business energy.

And technically not new hair because…

WE WENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SETTINGS. 🖤😂

13 YEARS. ❤️

Thank you for every message, every order, every share, every referral, every tag, and every person who has continued to believe in Passion For Ezra.

Owning a small business is not easy. There have been incredible highs, really difficult lows, closed doors, late nights, and plenty of moments over the last 13 years when I wondered where all of this was leading.
