Oakley eye jacket series ✨ Will be drop soon! . The Oakley Eye Jacket is one of the most culturally significant and historically important designs in the history of eyewear. Originally launched in 1994, it revolutionized the industry as the first eyewear completely developed using Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Its iconic, sculptural oval shape and wrap-around aesthetic bridged the gap between raw sports performance and high-fashion streetwear. Today, the legacy continues primarily through the updated Oakley Eye Jacket Redux, which preserves the classic ‘90s “bug-eyed” silhouette while infusing it with modern frame and lens technologies. The Oakley Eye Jacket 1.0 (Generation 1) is one of the most culturally significant and historically important releases in the history of eyewear. Designed by the legendary Peter Yee and released in late 1994, it completely revolutionized the optical industry. . Before the Eye Jacket, sunglasses were predominantly boxy or flat. The Eye Jacket introduced a futuristic, continuous, aerodynamic “sport-wrap” design language that defined 90s and Y2K pop culture. It became a signature accessory for era icons like Michael Jordan, Dennis Rodman, and Kobe Bryant. . Over the years, these vintage Gen 1 frames have become notoriously brittle, frequently splitting or snapping at the hinge pin. • Gen 2 featured a reformulated, optimized O-Matter™ material. The plastic formula distributed stress more e by @passiongarage.id
