What a special view 🥰 Love that my girls enjoy learning at anytime of day and I will always encourage them to do so. Learning is just a way of life in our home. So when she asks to do her math work while I’m cooking dinner my answer is of course, yes! How could I say no to that!? Just look at that concentration. This is what homeschooling is all about. 🩷 #lovelearning #lifeschooling by @passioninthepurpose

It’s snail mail day! 💌🐌

There is just something special about seeing the mailman drive away and watching my children eagerly run outside to see what has arrived in our mailbox. They love receiving something addressed specifically to them. It makes this feel special 🥰

That love and excitement is one of the reasons I created the snail mail club called Scribble Hollow Happenings. I wanted other children to experience that same excitement while being invited into the whimsical world of Scribble Hollow that Emily Derrick and I have created together.

This month’s happy mail was packed with simple family fun. Inside, members found a newsletter filled with activities to enjoy together, including art projects and recipes, a planting guide paired with flower seeds to grow at home, a beautiful illustration art print designed by Emily (which we always display and enjoy looking at throughout the month), collectible stickers that my girls immediately add to their water bottles, and a collectible character card to help bring the residents of Scribble Hollow to life.

Creating these little packages is truly one of my favorite things. I look forward to putting them together each month, but I also genuinely look forward to receiving them alongside my own children and experiencing the excitement through their eyes.

There is something beautiful about slowing down, opening an envelope, and finding a little invitation to create, learn, and make memories together.

I’m thankful to all who have enjoyed and can’t wait to send more special mailbox moments your way. ✨💗
