Sometimes you just have to get out of your comfort zone.

Go to the event.
Join the conversation.
Put yourself in the room.

You might feel awkward. You might feel nervous. And that’s okay.

Because you never know who you’ll meet, what you’ll learn, or what opportunity might come from simply showing up.

It can be scary sometimes, but honestly? That’s part of the fun.

Trust yourself. Keep going. 🤍 by @passionya

Everyone sees the vision. Not everyone sees what it takes behind the scenes.

The big ideas, the endless to-do lists, the unexpected challenges, and the little wins along the way.

Building Jarvis hasn't always gone as planned, but seeing it grow into a VA agency that creates opportunities and gives business owners more room to focus on what matters makes it worth it.

Still building. Still making things happen. 🤍 by @passionya

You don’t have to choose one version of yourself.
You can build a business, love deeply, explore the world, and take care of yourself along the way.

You’re allowed to grow in every direction. 💛 by @passionya

She’s making MILLIONS helping women business owners hire the RIGHT people 💰🤯

We caught up with her in Orange County, California, to talk about the culture shock of moving from Taiwan to the U.S., how she built her business, and what it takes to build a team that helps your business grow.

Would you risk everything you’ve built to bet on yourself?

We asked a successful entrepreneur and her answer says a lot about what it takes to build something big.

What would you do? 👇 by @passionya

Nobody claps for the hard calls. 🤍
To every founder holding too many seats at once: you are not alone.

Building a business means making hard decisions, carrying uncertainty, and sacrificing more than people see.

What’s one thing you’ve sacrificed to build your business? by @passionya

Instagram shows the launch. Not the follow-up email you sent three times.

If any of these is your week right now, you are not behind. You are running a business.

Being a founder doesn’t mean you have to do it all alone.
“It changed my life.” — Michelle, CEO & Founder of Bolte Lift

So grateful to Michelle for trusting @Jarvis to be part of her journey. 🤍

Running a business is already a lot. Having the right people in your corner gives you more room to focus on what matters most.

Thank you for trusting us, Michelle!

On September 18th, we had 56 amazing women in the Loft at Gravitas Beverly Hills for An Afternoon for Women Founders.

Co-hosting with Passion Chu @passionya and Constance Woo @thetaxrenegade , in partnership with @entreprenistas , was a highlight of my year. Each of us brought our own community, and watching those women meet each other was the best part of the afternoon.

Raquel @mama_rocki , thank you for championing this idea from the day we sat down in July and for opening the doors of @gravitasbeverlyhills to us. You welcomed our guests from the stage and then invited them to stay for dinner and jazz, and close to 20 of them did.

Thank you to Mikey Anthony @mikeyanthony.creates for the photos and video. Every image in this carousel is his work, and I’ll be looking back at these for a long time.

One of my favorite parts of being a woman founder is the freedom to build rooms like this one alongside women I admire. To every founder who joined us, thank you for showing up so fully for each other. I can’t wait to gather again.
