Cinda and I are preparing to move from Texas to Freeport, Florida, to plant Zao Freeport.

On the home front: We’re praying our house sells quickly and smoothly, opening the way for our move to Freeport.

We believe God is calling us to help people find real life in Jesus and build a church community anchored in hope. There’s a lot to do as we prepare, and we’re grateful for everyone who has prayed for us, encouraged us, or asked how to help.

If you’d like to learn more about Zao Freeport, pray with us, or contribute toward the church plant, you can visit www.zao.church/freeport
or scan the QR code below. Thank you for being part of this with us. by @pastorurq

Life is funny, we can “get over” a lot of things, great things even. One thing I’ll never get over though is being your dad! I would need a new vocabulary in order to describe how I feel about you love!

Happy Birthday, My Love!
Happy Birthday to the one who taught me what love looks like.

You are steady when life gets bumpy.
You are strong when I am weak.

Watching you love Jesus, our family, me—has changed me.
You don’t just speak love…
you live it.
In how you are such a constant.
In how you choose patience, kindness, and forgiveness even when no one is watching.
You are a quiet comfort that never disappoints.
You don’t shout for attention like I do, but you still capture every heart in the room.

The good things in life are better because of you.

I am who I am, and our family is who we are, because of the love you pour out every single day.

You remind us of what really matters.

I don’t just celebrate you today, I will celebrate you for the rest of my life!

I love you AVALET!!
