From the archive. Self portrait (13 years ago).

Very uncomfortable exercise. Done whilst working (shhhhhh) a few years ago.

This may well be the last - thank you to all those who supported me xxx

Not been here for a while - sorry to all who know me :( Here’s an unfinished Eric Stoltz in Some Kind of Wonderful - I used to call this ‘The Teenage Film’ when I was a kid and it’s truly special to me.

Rest in Peace Elizabeth. I’m not a monarchist but - what a woman. She ruled with dignity and humility, united rather than dividing and remained neutral in the face of a hideously precarious socio-political landscape.

I’m also not religious, but, God save the Queen.

Playing with digital manipulation for the first time ever. I’m so bad with tech and have no idea how it happened, but I kind of liked this one 😂

Back to the start. My favourite thing I’ve done. In this state, yes.

I absolutely love this still. If this drawing is a metaphor for your life, raise your hand!

The mood here is so powerful; aside from its meaning to this incredible film, it portrays the artistic process pretty accurately 😂 Another huge learning curve, but I hope I managed to do her justice 🤓

This reference frame was very grainy & the boys were backlit, meaning a lot had to be ‘made up’ to try to get away from a completely flat tone. I definitely need to practice but this was a worthwhile study :)

This film feels, plays and hurts like a memory, and I tried to give this frame the slightly otherworldly, ethereal feeling it gives me ❤️

Boys - we love you! Kind regards, the girls 😝❤️

@c.nv.s strikes again, giving colour to an image captured in B&W & absolutely smashing it into next year 😍😍😍😍😍
