Today I begin “Dry September” with @nashkbry . We are focused on our health and, as an aspiring bodybuilder, I need to build lean quality muscle mass over the course of the next 16 weeks.

There’s so much that we have planned over the next year. Alcohol consumption, addiction and other vices could destroy those dreams.

We’ll still be out from time to time but won’t be drinking, smoking, or staying up into the wee hours of the morning.

It’s very likely that, with the exception of a special here and there, we won’t drink again until at least my 40th birthday - April 15th, 2027.

Public Service Announcement:

The Demuth Park Community Center is open from 7 AM to 8 PM tomorrow, June 2nd. If you are in line when the polls close at 8, you are still legally entitled to vote.

Anyone who lives in Riverside County can come in and vote in person with the electronic ballot marker or have a ballot printed for them to fill out and return. You’re also able to drop off your mail-in ballots from all over the state at that location. @honeydavenportofficial took this video.

In America, we DO NOT have a king.

It is so important that we speak out for truth and against hate, bigotry and peejudice wherever it appears. The Founding Fathers, as flawed as they were, made sure to enshrine our freedom of speech, press and religion in the #firstamendment because they overthrew a #tyrant.

We must continue this age-old tradition of letting our voices be heard, both through protest but also, and most importantly, at the #ballotbox because in America, we don’t have kings.

Haven’t in 249 years and we‘re not about to start now.

After flying to Chicago from London for both Pokémon GoFest Global and Chicago Pride, Ryan and I decided to drive our SUV back to Palm Springs. We made several stops along the way but the very first was to see my best and one of my oldest friends, Jennifer. We had not seen each other in person since before the pandemic back in 2019.
