For May’s monthly @patchworkrecords____ show on @blooplondon I had the pleasure of inviting along a long-term brother and someone who will be family for life - the one and only @harrymawbyy 🖤

Harry was my first ever vinyl student at @containeracademy where he had the goal of being able to play 100% vinyl and that’s exactly what the big man has done for this month’s show. 100% wax, 200% bangers throughout an hour of proper techno 🥁⛓️

Glasgow-based Harry Mawby has been involved with the city’s techno scene for more than half a decade, working behind the scenes to deliver popular events including Return to Mono,
Pressure and Riverside Festival before starting to DJ. In the midst of lockdown, he reconnected with vinyl record collecting thanks to friends at Rubadub and set his sights on making his own mixes.

Harry has only gone from strength to strength playing at clubs all over the city including world renown Sub Club, a feature on Animal Farm’s podcast series whilst cooking up lots of unreleased material behind the scenes that will blow the roof off any club. Excited to see what’s next for this Glasgow legend. 🔥

Thanks for the mix brother - can’t wait to see your big news that’s dropping tomorrow 👀 taken in Bloop London Radio by @patchworkrecords____

For April’s monthly @patchworkrecords____ show on @blooplondon I invited along a wee hidden gem (and my partner) I found within the Glasgow underground scene @jenngunn_ who some may know as the queen of UKG but those who actually do, know she’s really a techno gal at heart. 🥁

Jenn’s had an amazing last year or 2 gaining a residency at Sub Club with @magic_city_glasgow and supporting all of the biggest artists in her scene while churning out her own productions along the way 🔥

It’s great to give another amazing artist a platform to showcase some other sounds they have a great love for while shaping a path to new directions - the exact ethos of the monthly radio residency with no rules or limitations.

Up next we invite along the one and only @harrymawbyy who has recorded a 100% vinyl mix that will be dropping Saturday 2nd May from 16:00-17:00. Excited to showcase another amazing friend and someone who will be family for life 🖤 taken in Bloop London Radio by @patchworkrecords____

The first @patchworkrecords____ radio show of the year on @blooplondon was on the airwaves last night with an hour of electro, breaks and everything in between 🤖

We’ve got a load of guests lined up for 2026. Just want to say thanks again to @karboni.wav @lewisrrobertson & @offpeak_aly for recording an hour of weapons each for the radio show in 2025 💿

A rare gem from the golden era with synths that would put any dance-floor into a frenzy. Held out for a long time to buy this record, beating the Discogs sharks asking for £50-£100 with a £7 bargain. Freaky vocal, absolutely ridiculous tune.

Artist ~ Helicopter Jackson
Track ~ The Booty Song (Vocal Mix)
Label ~ Warm Air Recordings
Year ~ 2003 by @patchworkrecords____
