POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Unfortunately this chapter of life is closing a little earlier than I planned on being so if this is it, God must have something else in store in this crazy journey of college so far…
I thought by now I’d be ok without track but recently things have been tough. Even though it’s already been 3 weeks, it’s going to take some time to recoup mentally. Things can’t go as planned all of the time and that’s part of life. On the other end I was so blessed to even get a chance and I can leave with my head up knowing I gave it my all until the very end…
Thank you to all of my teammates for welcoming me in from day 1, I’ll always be in your corner. Special shoutout to the Mid-D crew for making each and every practice special one way or another hahaha. To Aman Tarees Carson and Dev, I love y’all like brothers for helping me out with everything from the start. Lastly without my Mom none of this would have ever happened…
If you know me I love a challenge. While I do not plan on being done with running, I guess the next challenge is finding new endeavors to take on and to find myself. Thank you @clemsontrackxc , thank you Track. taken in Rock Norman Track & Field Complex, Clemson, SC by @patdriscccc

A love letter to the 757…

My WAVY family. You took a wide eyed journalist and taught him something new every single day

Mom you cheered me every second of the way… whether thru the phone or in person at the Shamrock half!

So many adventures… experiences that were so unforgettable.

The athletic community… it’s so incredible.

Literally everywhere! The best gym and even better peers out at the Iron Asulym

The early morning Mt. Trashmore workouts…

My family. GROVE CHURCH

Their beautiful choir that never failed to fire me up!

A night celebrating my amazing friend, co-worker and mentor Markeshia! 4L!

My guys Ricky and Von! Felt so much love after the Shamrock. They’re gonna make it far!

Can’t forget King Neptune🤣

And the best wings OAT featuring an epic crossover

Nights out with my weekend crew

The coolest twins around who also happen to make the best coffee of ALL TIME.

Weekly craft cappuccino… I mean cmon.

The diner that fed me every single Sunday…

With the first two now lifelong friends I made in Norfolk!

And the last stop. My brother who was there from the beginning to the very end!
