Last weekend I discovered a HIDDEN GEM literally minutes away from my home in Al Nahda 1 that will transport you to the streets of Old Delhi with their tasty and aromatic Mughlai food!!!@thealigarhchef is a restaurant located in the recently opened Al Nahda Plaza in Nahda 1, with another branch located in Port Saeed near Deira City Centre. It serves Mughlai, Awadhi and Lucknowi cuisine at it's finest 🔥We ordered the Mixed Grill Platter to try the variety of grills that they have, and trust me, it did NOT disappoint 🤌🏼 The Grilled Fish and Mutton Seekh were the best parts of it, with the seekh being tender-soft and fish having a good chargrilled texture with lots of flavour 💯We also ordered the Mutton Akhni Pulao and BOY it was amazing 😍 If you want to try something other than the usual biryani rice, I'd strongly recommend to go for this one!!! As soon as I got to know about this place, I knew that I HAD to try it, and the food turned out WAY better than I expected!!! Tucked away in Motor City (and City Walk too), this place has one of the best Peri Peri chicken I’ve had!!The Grilled Chicken was tender AF with that clean smoky kick 💨 The Pepe’s Chick’n’Rice was even better, it provided the PERFECT balance of spice and tanginess with the succulent chicken pieces leaving me craving for more 🤌🏼 and the Onion Rings with Coleslaw added the perfect balance of crunch and freshness!!!
