What an incredible start to the first annual @hero.services.wm Strength and Valor Competition. First off, congratulations to @the_lumberzak for becoming our first Strength and Valor Champion, after a photo finish against @j.goetz_strength.co who absolutely crushed it today. And congratulations to our first novice champion Max Schwartz!@strengthscore20 thank you for always supporting and giving it your all bro, it's been an honor watching you develop as an athlete (just slow down a bit so I can keep up 👀)@kyle53barry made this possible with a massive amount of support via equipment transport and judging, being willing to drive across the state just to help get this started! Couldn't have done it without you. I also wanted to thank Matt Little for driving halfway across the state on a weeknight at 11:30pm to drop off several hundred pounds of weights and equipment and talk shop 🤣Thank you to all the friends, family and coaches that came to support and volunteer and bear with us through some logistical issues getting started.This sport has the best community in the world, bar none. @hero.services.wm gave a platform to compete for a worthy cause and the community showed up full force to support, whether it was competing, judging, equipment, or anything in-between.
