POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last week I was very lucky and honoured to have been offering CST sessions at Uma’s @uma.both.yoga incredible BREATHE retreat in Bali

I was also a grateful participant at the retreat

to be filled up, spilling over

to have shed many layers

and to have been making this offering on such sacred land in the mountains with beautiful women

To be guided by a teacher and spaceholder such as Uma (IYKYK) - skilled, magical, devotee of the divine

Thank you Uma for this opportunity, for the most beautiful and transformative retreat EVER! and thank you Mama Bali 🌺🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 taken in Tejakula, Bali, Indonesia by @path_of_the_internal_sun

Being human is what I’m here for
slowing down to your own speed, your own rhythm
still enough to look at the flowers
and in love enough with life
to grown them

Hello, I wanted to introduce myself on here for anyone following me who doesn’t know me!
My name is Claire Alexander Moore and I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist having trained with Body Intelligence in London and Melbourne. I am also a trained Taoist Ki-gong teacher and Creative Arts Therapist and have 20 years of experience holding people and helping them find their truth and power. I use these deep transformational teachings to create my sessions. I am also an artist/poet, mother of three, student of the Tao, astrology obsessed - with 6 planets in Scorpio mainly in the 12th house - I am natural alchemist and transformer. I will help you with your own transformation 🐦‍🔥
I am currently seeing people out of my home clinic in Frankston South and also in Balaclava. DM if you have any more questions about what I do. by @path_of_the_internal_sun

NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
☀️

‘A cranialsacral session with Claire is deeply soothing and transformational. You could arrive with your nervous system shaking with tension and anxiety, and you’ll leave feeling profoundly held and settled from within. The experience is powerfully immersive and gives one a reference point to come back to when managing one’s well being in the turbulent time we are all part of. I cannot recommend her work highly enough.’

our molecular structure is the fabric of the universe
our cells are star systems ✨

working with the body I have found that we are indeed magic; the body is made up of intelligent source energy
and with space, grounding and accessing our own balanced rhythm we can heal anything

I am working on a website which will take bookings but until that is up if you would like to come for a craniosacral session with me please DM on here 💕

🌕EVERYTHING YOU EVER NEED IS INSIDE OF YOU🌕
YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE🌕

I am now a fully qualified biodynamic craniosacral therapist (3 years baby!) BCST is a somatic therapy, working with the body in the most still silent and grounded way, listening with the hands and heart to help release anything that the body and mind need to let go of and bringing one back to homeostasis and balance.

DM me to find out more ❤️ by @path_of_the_internal_sun
