Serafina is a dance journey guide who has travelled extensively to dance on sacred, energetic places and study multidisciplinary movement meditation teachings throughout the world.

She creates space for exploring with the language of movement and the intelligence it contains. In her sessions she invokes temple consciousness, guides trance dance alchemy & shares devotional dance wisdom to expand awareness into our heart’s spiralic nature and our bodies as a channel to transmute energy.

Her explorations and initiations within Sufism have been through her roots in North Cyprus, the Naqshabandi lineage in Berlin, Turkish mysticism, OSHO meditations, Whirling in Berlin with Dhyana & School of Mystery, Sacred Dance & Feminine Arts with Zola Dubnikova.

Through the mystic Whirling dance of the Sufi Dervishes, Serafina embodies a prayer which channels life force energy and invites us into states of ecstasy and remembrance of the power we hold within our bodies as our sacred vessel.

Medina Bazar will be supporting the live Zikr & Sema Whirling at our upcoming Ecstatic Sufi Gathering ceremony.

Medina Bazar is a world music project influenced by Persian and Indian classical traditions, born through different musical encounters and evolving combinations of musicians.

Luis on Persian qanun and Bridge on Mohan Veena have been at the core of the project, welcoming different musicians along the way. For this performance, they are joined by Mati on daf, bringing a strong shared connection and feeling for the music.

Working in the moment, they follow the energy of the space and each other, with improvisation and spontaneous creation at the heart of their sound.

Ori Kadosh is an artist drawn to the spaces where sound, movement and presence meet.

His work is guided by curiosity, intuition and a search for moments that open something in the body, between people, and in the space itself.
He is interested in music as a form of attention, as a kind of prayer, a way of stepping beyond the usual boundaries of thought and into a more connected, expanded state of awareness.

@ori.kadosh_ will be playing a Sufi-inspired ecstatic dance set at our upcoming Ecstatic Sufi Gathering.

His journeys invite deep listening, movement, and the possibility of meeting the moment more fully, individually and together.

Rhian is an artist and performer creating spaces for transformation through sensory journeys into different planes. Her practice involves translation across creative languages to uncover the deeper language which speaks wordlessly through our lives.
She crafts through poetry, movement, meditations, ritual and sensory installations.

This was our most recent live ecstatic sufi night.
Sufi Trance Ritual brought people together for the practices of Sema Whirling, Zikr - live Sufi prayers, poetry & Sufi Trance Dance, all supported by live music.

Held on the land of @essencia_natureretreat by our dear brothers and sisters @serafinamystix @tabansmagic @tal_alkalay_creative_vision @miro.lamar

This took us into next levels of ecstasy, trance and communion with the beloved 🌀
