There is an energy inside this room that I cannot explain. You have to feel it.

Twenty women jumping together. The music loud, everybody screaming, laughing, giving everything they have. And when class ends, nobody rushes out. They hug. They cry. They stay.

But what makes my heart explode is knowing this energy does not depend only on me anymore. I do not just hire coaches. I mentor them. Everything God taught me on this journey, the method, the standard, the way we love every woman who walks in, I pour it into my girls.

Patricia has been with me for six years, learning all of it, class after class. And these past two weeks, her trampoline class sold out. Twice in a row. Now there is a waiting list of women trying to get into her class.

When we sat down today, she cried in my arms. I cried with her. Because this is what mentorship is. It is not about shining alone. It is about passing the light on and watching another woman fill a room with it.

If you have been watching all of this from the outside, wondering what it feels like to be inside that room, this is your sign. Come feel it. But save your spot early, because these girls are not leaving any spot empty for long.

40 years of Paty. 🩷

And today, more than celebrating your birthday, I celebrate the woman you are and everything life has built inside you.

Six years ago, life gave me a friendship that became so much more than just friendship. It became love, loyalty, complicity, support, understanding, and that kind of bond that only gets stronger after going through real life together.

We have lived beautiful moments, hard moments, changes, tears, laughter, distance, closeness, growth, and so many chapters that only you and I will ever fully understand.

And through all of it, the love stayed.

That means everything to me.

Paty, you are one of those women who carry strength and softness at the same time. You love deeply, you feel deeply, you live intensely, and you have this energy that makes people want to be close to you.

And now you are 40, somehow making it look like 20, but with a much stronger woman inside.

More confident.
More aware.
More powerful.
More you.

I hope you know how special you are, not only to me, but to so many people who are lucky enough to have you in their lives.

I am so grateful for our story, for our friendship, for our love, and for every version of us that brought us here.
