Best Warrior Competition 2025

After three tough and arduous years, I placed second at this year’s Oregon State Best Warrior Competition.

I am beyond proud to have competed alongside this group of soldiers and NCO’s. They represent everything that is great with this organization.

Since joining the Oregon Army National Guard, I have made it a goal of mine to partake in Best Warrior Competition every year that I could. On Saturday, I won my third battalion-level Best Warrior Competition in a row. I have also been given the opportunity to work as Assistant Team Leader for Military Funeral Honors - Salem Region, which I will do with the same fervor as every other challenge I am presented with.
