The launch night of PLACE by @ceadogan_rugmakers felt like a very special gathering 🫶

The new collection of hand-tufted rugs by some of Ireland’s finest visual artists will be on show at @cityassemblyhouse until 27 September ♥️

If you’re in Dublin it’s a total must see show ⭐️

Featuring work by Guggi, Kathy Prendergast, Dorothy Cross, Serena Caulfield, Leah Hewson, Paul Hallahan, Maria Simonds-Gooding, Tom Climent, Gwen O’Dowd, Eleanor McCaughey & The Project Twins 🫶

Following the exhibition the rugs go under the hammer at @whytes.auctioneers with a percentage of the proceeds going to the @irishwildlifetrust ♥️

THAT’S QUARE GOOD💫

We’re back with That’s Quare Good, celebrating the makers, dreamers and creatives, people who have carried their love of creating with them since childhood💛

This month we met Cody McAvoy, a visual artist and oil painter who has been drawing for as long as she can remember🎨

Cody graduated from @setuireland last year with a BA Honours in Visual Art and is now the resident artist at @presartscentre 🖼️ Her current work has been inspired by her love of motorcycles and her family’s connection to bikes🏍️

It’s been great to see Cody develop her work, make connections with other local artists and become part of the creative community here in Enniscorthy🙌
