Honored to announce that the forthcoming visual album for ANITA AYSOLA’S DREAMWALKER is an OFFICIAL SELECTION of FilmQuest!

This category-defying 12-minute, 32-second music film will make its WORLD PREMIERE in Provo, Utah.

Shot in Iceland and occuring over the course of a single night’s sleep, this is a vision we’ve been dreaming of sharing with the world. Couldn’t have picked a better place.

Shot on location at Floki Studios, Iceland

How you think determines what you say. What you say determines what you see.

That idea is at the heart of Music & Mindset, a community gathering I'm hosting on Sunday, June 14th at Rule of Thirds in Greenpoint, Brooklyn as part of New York Music Month, co-presented with the NYC Mayor's Office.

Whether you're an artist or on the industry side, the quality of your thoughts and language dramatically shapes your experience in this business. And yet we rarely make space to talk about it in an empowering way.

So we're bringing 100 working artists and industry professionals into one room for honest conversation, real connection, and practical tools to navigate the emotional and mental challenges of building a life in music.

Expect to be inspired by a special guest performance, followed by a panel discussion I'll be moderating centered around solutions for mindset challenges like scarcity, burnout, overwhelm, and self-belief.

The panel will include:

Jelena Grozdanich, Head of Sync at Soundstripe, a new colleague of mine and someone who overcame severe work burnout and is a master of lifestyle design and all the responsibility that comes with it.

Holly Pyle, artist coach and vocalist, one of my teammates one of the sharpest artist coaches I know when it comes to language reframing. Holly lights up every room she walks into, and her sharp mind is worth orbiting.

Sabrina Seidman (SEIDS), a producer, content creator, and educator who has built a successful business and career in large part due to her infectious energy, spirit, and attitude.

There will be slots available for reservation in advance for private one-on-one mindset mentorship following the event.

This event wouldn't be possible without the support and vision of Shira Gans, who we all are lucky enough to have as an anchor in the New York music community. People who create, develop, and sustain community never get enough credit and acknowledgement, so thank you, Shira!

This is a morning and afternoon event, designed to take the pressure off of networking and connecting in the evenings over alcohol. You'll find a softer, welcoming, and relaxed environment, and I hope you'll join me. Link in bio. taken in Rule Of Thirds by @patrickermlich
