Went to @kungfuteausa last weekend and sketched a few drum sounds on the #digitakt while partaking in the pumpkin 🎃 spice beverage. It’s interesting how music interacts with humanity and vice versa even when it’s not audible. The kids were running and dancing but the music was in my headphones. by @patrickgregorydaniels

It isn’t always easy when I wanna take notes I’d say. One thing is for sure God is always speaking. God always gives me baselines. I just wanna honor him by recording them. #basslines #bassguitar one really cool thing also about this @peaveyelectronics grind six string bass guitar is that it’s passive and it has a quality makes it sound like an upright bass and especially with the @labellastrings dark deep talking strings is really warm and it has and organic wooody tonality. by @patrickgregorydaniels

God put this bass groove in my mind this morning & I forgot it because I didn’t hurry and record it. I like this one too. #bassgroove #bassline #bassguitar #bassguitarist God just downloads these beautiful movements of sound and I love it. @ibanezuk_official by @patrickgregorydaniels

I just wanted to respectfully answer My Brother @kenito_murray ‘s comment from the previous video very raw not the best quality drum video from yesterday. We don’t get to talk often enough, so I felt being privileged enough to have tools to be able to serve God‘s people. I figured it only made honorable sense for me to actually serve My Brother with as much context as I could to answer the comment that he made previously I want to honor you, My Brother and respect you and not just throw a comment out because I can just say something, but spend time trying to address what it is you said. You know we still gotta get in the studio together and cook together sooner than later but I just want to send out some true honest love and recognition for your comment and thank you for your time. #cinematicsoul by @patrickgregorydaniels

When I discovered the origin of the vibe I soon Loved How Sly Stone, Marvin and Phil Collin’s mixed electronic Drums with that of the Acoustic kits. I tried before on an old machine but the tempo drifted drastically. Learning the Digitakt lately has been fun and only requires time like that of all things. This sonic journey will find itself on my next project. I look forward to the diverse voices of God weaving the fabric of this new textile. #experimentalmusic #moogsynthesizers #cinematic #funk #soul by @patrickgregorydaniels

This was a fun song to make. It was my progression towards leaning into orchestral cinematic, but still funk and soulful sound but something went wrong with my camera, and I ended up having to create a slideshow instead of a video and personally I didn’t like the video and it made me kinda lose the love that I had for this song, but all things in Christ of Jesus are purposeful and never gonna be wasted. To God be the glory. #cinematicfunk the song is also on the album that I’m releasing today called Mathew 633 on my Bandcamp by @patrickgregorydaniels
