An old clip of Tom Brady throwing a long touchdown to Randy Moss in the third quarter of a preseason game has remerged online for showing such a different perspective of the NFL preseason from how it is today.

Tom Brady took to his Instagram to explain.

Here is my Mount Rushmore of favorite athletes in terms of greatness and hooking me into the two sports I love being basketball and football.

Hate on it all you want, but you can’t not appreciate greatness.

The Raiders are cooked 😭

Drake Maye delivered exactly the response the Patriots needed after a genuinely rocky start to the season, rallying New England to a thrilling comeback win in Buffalo that handed Josh Allen and the Bills their first loss of the year. He overcame two first-half turnovers to finish with three touchdown passes, capped off by a sensational late fourth-quarter connection with Efton Chism that put the game away and sent a clear message that the criticism surrounding him and this offense had gotten too loud too fast.

What makes this win so significant is the manner in which Maye found a way, spreading the ball to nine different targets with A.J. Brown sidelined rather than forcing anything, and showing the kind of poise in crunch time that validates why so many believed in him after last year’s MVP runner-up campaign. Head coach Mike Vrabel called it a season-defining win, and for a Patriots team that desperately needed to answer its doubters, Maye delivering on the road against the previously unbeaten Bills is exactly the signature moment that could turn this season’s early struggles into a genuine turning point. by @patriotsandcelts

Patriots’ Will Campbell (knee) and TreVeyon Henderson (ankle) are both questionable to return today vs. the Raiders.
