Since we released the Patrol E-Five view years ago, we have adopted the massive headtube with 1.5 inch at upper 1.8 at bottom with some benefits:
- stronger junction between top tube & downtube
- streamlined downtube as ebike battery housing
- longer headset bearing life compared to traditional taper
- options for cable routing, do you want a clean through the headset or simple maintenance with normal routing? The choice is yours.

We utilise the massive headtube exclusively on our ebike from E-Five, E-Seven and the next gen of E-Six

Our 'Hidden Link' is applied to several full suspension bikes from Patrol E-Seven, 541JR & 571XS. This unique compact linkage is located between the top tube and seat tube with strong bolts from left to right side to minimise flex and enhance kinematic curve. #versatiletool that is a nickname that we gave to our Patrol CG700. Tested by @agerathedo for several months in all conditions from asphalt, broken road up to singletrack. This bike does all jobs with the @ridefoxbike 32TC to absorb small bumps to make your journey with great comfort.
