3 days of intense judging sake, meeting some of the best expert in the world and catching up with friends .
I am always looking forward to this time to see the changes year on year overall of what’s happening in the sake world .
Over 1,500 sake tasted, thanks also to the team working hard on the logistic side.
Some amazing food and sake shared each night and a masterclass on Noto pensinsula to support the brewery affected during the Earthquake on New year Day .

A couple of weeks ago on a Sunday at Malham Cove, North Yorkshire. Such a beautiful, peaceful place in nature. The perfect walk to breath some fresh air.

Decanter World Wine Awards 2023. This year 18,500 wines were tasted from all around the world . I was in the Spanish pannel with @mela_batti and @ritchie.mja, we started with Ribera del Duero, Rioja Crianza…and finished with Albariño. The second pannel I was very lucky to taste Northern Rhône with @mrmattwalls and @vinovelovinyl flights of St Joseph, Crozes, Hermitage, cornas …and also C9P blanc. Thanks you so much for having me @decanterawards @shivanitomar and also for all the organisation. The first year that I was also able to join everyone afterwards for a well deserved beer and catch up. Great to see you @richetblou @champ_anja @terrykandylis @mela_batti @c.t.foley @igorsotric @mkaiserwine @winetrackmind @alexandrefreguin
