When you’re happy, notice it! We’re always talking about manifesting, but sometimes we forget that manifesting is also about recognising what you’ve already created. Notice the little moments. The ones that make you smile for no reason. The songs that make you dance (and if you know me, you know how important this is!). The laughs that leave you in tears because you just can’t stop. Notice the peace you’ve fought so hard to find. And notice the people who genuinely enjoy your energy—you know who you are, and how grateful I am for you❤️ The ones who smile when you walk into the room, who celebrate your wins, and who simply like being around you. Not everyone will. Some people will criticise, judge, or try to bring you down. That’s life. But you don’t have to give them a seat at your table. Protect your peace. Set boundaries. Walk away from people who make you question your worth. You don’t need to become smaller so someone else can feel bigger. Choose kindness. Choose people who clap when you succeed. And that’s a wrap... for this year! 😂🎾 @wimbledon has been an unforgettable, exhausting, and absolutely incredible experience. One of the highlights was meeting two true Wimbledon veterans: Harry, attending his 34th consecutive Championships, and Richard, who has spent the last 44 years travelling the world following every Grand Slam. Their passion for tennis is nothing short of inspiring!
