What a weekend at the Try-City Classic. I got to meet and chat with Miss Physique Olympia Natalia Abraham Coelho which was awesome! . Still can’t believe I won my class and the overall figure! Even though there were only two women in my class (over60) as the judge told me “there just aren’t many of you”, winning the open against women of every age felt like an accomplishment. Thank you to everyone who helped me including
Maggie@spraytansbymaggie.com for a beautiful tan, The wonderful girls at Glamified Beauty for making me look and feel beautiful, Vanella Costumes for my beautiful suit, and my posing and nutrition coach Steve Payne @houseofpaynepersonaltraining. Last but not least my incredible generous husband Rick who is my emotional and physical support through good and bad. I feel so blessed and look forward to working hard and bringing a better me to the next show! by @pattyfit60

Potter judging is over. Unfortunately I was the only 60 & over competitor ☹️. So I hope I took 1st 🤣🤣🤣. But we’ll see how I place in the open. There were quite a few young competitors in figure. It does make me feel good when I place over those youngsters 👍 by @pattyfit60

Roman Classic show went well last week. Placed 1st in masters 35 & up 2nd overall. Chattanooga show tomorrow and on to Pittsburgh in September. by @pattyfit60

Rainy day, homework, and a cup of tea. Writing a paper on a self-change plan for my positive psychology class. Self-change...omg don’t know if i can fit everything into the 12 page requirements! Self evaluation is difficult. I’ve learned to like who I am, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to change for the better.
