Be real ❤️ That’s how I want to know you. Most importantly, that’s how I want you to know me❣️

I want what’s real. Not what’s expected. Not by society, not by others, not even by ourselves.

There’s a difference between believing you feel something and actually allowing yourself to feel it. Ufff… and how yummy it is to discover what’s genuinely happening inside you, before you know what to do with it!

Feel it. Through your senses, your presence, your openness to receive. Let your mind help you understand it later. Not manufacture it for you. It’s soooo informative!

To BE in YOUR truth. Wow!! And if I meet you in your truth, then I’m meeting you. Actual you.

Whether for a spark or a jolt or a sweet nothing, I want you to meet me from that same honest place. And I appreciate that.

Being real isn’t simply about honesty or self-expression. It’s allowing yourself an unmanufactured experience of being alive. It’s huge!!

Someone can sincerely believe they feel something while responding to an idea of love, a fear, an expectation, or a story they’ve constructed about you.

I know I’ve done this many times over 🤷🏻‍♀️

Then we’re not encountering each other. We’re encountering those projections.

I’m big on authenticity. My biggest challenge and my biggest joy ❤️

Sometimes I’m not sure of my truth… but when I lean into my senses and let my feelings speak, I can hear my guides. Not with my ears. With my heart.

There’s gold in that. To me, it’s listening to the universe, trusting God. It’s how I see it. Truly.

I’m no expert. I’m just living. The torment of this artist… wanting to soak up every fiber of the love this life has for us!!

I love kindness, but oh man, how I love the raw and the real. When kindness comes from the heart… Ayayayyyy! The breath in my lungs becomes a symphony of peace, the song of God, the reason I’m alive.

I don’t want to control. I want to allow, to trust and flow. And continue to build with what feels honest to my heart.

I’ve never been good at NOT answering the call of my heart ☎️ life hurts, so what. Do all the little things that mean something to you and your heart. The ones that fulfill your life. You’ll figure out what fits, what doesn’t. You’ll probably judge yourself. It’ll suck. You’ll heal. You’ll get back up and do it again! In the end it’s you and God. Follow your fucking heart, permission or not. You’re the only person who can truly have your back…so, surrender, allow… forgive, and give yourself the love you are 🫶🏼🖤🦋 celebrate who and how you are.
