Danielle and Anthony’s wedding felt like a beautiful balance of energy and quiet moments. 
One minute the room was filled with music, laughter, and the movement of Greek traditions and dancing woven into the celebration.   The next, there were small, tender pauses like the moment Danielle’s dad gently wiped a tear from under her eye as they finished walking up the aisle. 
Set against the elegance of an all-black dress code and a timeless celebration in the stunning library of Casa Loma, these traditions added such a meaningful softness to the day.
 Moments like these are what inspire the way I approach documenting a wedding. I am always paying attention to the balance between the big, joyful energy of a room and the quiet, emotional pauses in between. Both deserve to be seen and remembered as part of the full story.

Loving a photographer’s work is a great place to start… but it’s not the only thing that matters.

You spend more time with your photographer on your wedding day than almost anyone else. That means the experience, the connection, and the comfort you feel with them are just as important as the photos themselves.

Emotional awareness isn’t talked about enough when it comes to choosing wedding vendors. So what does that actually look like?

It’s someone who can read a room, adapt to the energy, and guide the day without interrupting it or adding unnecessary stress.
 Book consult call and ask questions. The vibe needs to feel right.

I’ve got a special post for you all today.

Luca and Vinh had the most intimate elopement at a location that holds such a meaningful place in their story. Grange Park (with OCAD in the background) isn’t just a park beside the university they went to - it’s where they first shared how they really felt about each other. So choosing it as the place to exchange vows felt like the perfect full-circle moment.

I have had the privilege to witness their love from the very beginning. I still remember the days before they were officially a couple, when Vinh was just one of Luca’s “close friends.” 😝 We’ve shared so many laughs over the years, travelled through Barcelona together, and I’ve proudly watched them grow @levelstudios into an award-winning interior design studio.

These two are unstoppable. Thank you for having me part of this special day 🤍

Irene & Dimitrije’s reception was seriously such a vision. So much candlelight, beautiful draping and all of these Mediterranean-inspired details that came together so perfectly.

Still not over this one at all 🤍

Looking back through Meg & Rowan’s full gallery from @paulavisco feels like reliving one of my favourite days of the season. A picture-perfect June day at @martin.estates, surrounded by the loveliest people, so much sunshine, and even more joy.

Everything about this wedding was just… so incredibly good. And then, as if receiving this gallery wasn’t enough, the groom left me the sweetest review 🥹

“Jennifer is an exceptional wedding planner and an even better person. We hired her for full planning and over the course of 18 months she was with us every step of the way, from vendor selection to design to event planning and coordination.

She is extremely talented and brought our vision to life on what was easily the best day of our lives. Every vendor she referred us to was outstanding, and they all worked seamlessly together in the lead up to and the day of the wedding with her leading the way.

Most importantly, having Jennifer allowed us to focus on the aspects of planning that we enjoyed and to be fully present on the wedding day which made the experience so enjoyable and memorable. We can’t recommend her enough!”

Photographing in peak summer just looks so good on film. I love how all these 35mm images turned out from Meghan and Rowan’s wedding at Martin Estates. We had such deep blue skies and really rich greens mixed with direct summer light that made everything look so golden and bright.

These are exactly the kinds of days that make me love shooting film so much.
