Full of love for Eva who is spending the next 2 months boarding in Brookhouse school in Nairobi. We fly home to SA tonight and it feels a little like we are leaving one of our limbs behind!

Rock it Eva you brave young thing.... Enjoy the experience and know we are thinking of you.

The pupils have been very welcoming and a very lovely family is taking Eva under their wing for some of the weekends, for which we are super grateful. by @paulbroxis

Amazing to be traveling again with the fam. Great times in Kenya's rift valley and Mt Kenya and then a trip to the coast. Beautiful sights, friendly folk. Today we leave Eva at a school in Karen for the next 8 weeks.... by @paulbroxis

A great end to Freddie's paddling year. From restarting the sport in January, a first SA champs lifesaving medal with Ryley in double ski, great results and new friends ocean paddling and with Portreath LSC in the UK. Selected to the GB team to compete at the World Champs in Durban, then the Pete Marlin in East London. Finally the Iconic 54k Cape Point Challenge, a wild far paddle just 3 days after his 17th birthday, coming in 3rd U18. Amazing to have Freddie fit, healthy and loving the squads and grateful to the folk he has paddled with this year.

Our little Eva isn't being very little anymore....booo! How do I freeze her so we can enjoy her for a while longer??!
Intelligent, calm and fun... growing up fast and ever more independent.
Eva is going to Turkey for Christmas and NY with a friend and her family.... I hope she has a blast.... but I hope she remembers to miss us terribly too!!! by @paulbroxis

Nicky and Freddie adventuring by campervan around Cornwall together these past few weeks. Freddie did a Surfski race in Brighton then headed to Cornwall to train and compete with Piran Phillips and the awesome crew at Portreath Lifesaving Club. Lots of stunning training paddles with Rosie Edwards at Lands End, St Michael's Mount and other great spots. Cruising in the camper van and eating Cornish Pasties. The folk there have been amazingly welcoming and generous, even lending Freddie 2 skis to paddle... Huge thanks to them all. Health, happiness and new friends. ❤️ by @paulbroxis

Paddled the South African Surfski Champs today.
20km on the ocean with plenty of sea mist.
To have Freddie healthy again and back doing these things is amazing and to be able to do such things together is simply wonderful. by @paulbroxis

So proud of Freddie who turned 16 last week. It is amazing to see him with such good health again. Back in Cape Town, seeing pals, doing his lifeguard qualifications and training and settling back in. Yesterday we hiked Table Mountain in the evening/ night and he was so strong and happy to be having an adventure.

A lovely few days at Angkor Wat to end our trip. Amazing place. Delighted to run the Angkor 21km in under 2 hours and especially chuffed that Freddie ran the 10k course (his first in 4years) in under an hour. xx by @paulbroxis

Blown away how beautiful the west coast (Andaman) of Thailand has been. Stunning sea, limestone karst cliffs, lovely sunsets and beaches.

So we've completed our Annapurna Circuit adventure. 175kms hiked with 10,000m in total of "up" and so many memories. We got over the 5416m Thorang La Pass and down the other side. So many lovely people hiking, so many amazing locals. We loved the beautiful temples, prayers flags and prayer wheels which we have enthusiastically spun and hopefully sent great vibes and much love out there. Eva dug super deep and showed such strength, and Freddie was a machine and has new levels of confidence in his health... Nicky has been amazing. X
Fam Broxis are buzzing from this experience and recommend the circuit to all! by @paulbroxis

Almost 150km into the Annapurna Circuit and a detour to Tilicho Lake. Over 5000m altitude yesterday and fam all doing so well. It's stunning here!
A few days time we aim to cross the

Delighted to be in Nepal, hiking the Annapurna Circuit. 55kms done, all doing ok. Now at 3350m and able to gaze up at Annapurna II (7937m). Eva, Freddie and Nicky all hiking like strong yaks😀 by @paulbroxis
