Today marks 6 months since I made the decision to build a team.

What started as an idea has quickly become something so much bigger than I imagined. Over the last six months, I’ve had the privilege of watching incredible people join this journey, trust my leadership, believe in my vision, and invest in learning, growing, and building their businesses alongside me.

The growth has happened faster than I anticipated, but what makes me most proud isn’t the numbers. It’s the mission behind it.

My goal has never been to simply recruit agents. My goal is to teach agents how to build a real business with systems, structure, processes, accountability, branding, lead generation, and an exceptional client experience. A business that can grow and scale, not just a side hustle they hope works out.

We’re building something bigger than transactions. We’re building careers, confidence, leadership, and opportunities.

To every agent, staff member, intern, client, friend, and supporter who has trusted me to lead, mentor, coach, and build something special, thank you. Your belief in me does not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for each one of you.

Looking at our team photo today makes me smile, but what excites me even more is imagining what it will look like six months from now. 🚀

A little reintroduction…

Hi, I’m Paulina Flores.

If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been here for a while, thank you for following along. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a wife, a mom to five incredible girls, and the Team Lead of the House of Flores Real Estate Group at A.Z. & Associates.

I help families buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial real estate throughout Arizona. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families and business owners build wealth through real estate, and it’s a responsibility I never take for granted.

I’m also a former mortgage loan officer, which gives me a unique perspective on financing and allows me to better guide my clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Today, I lead an incredible team of real estate professionals, mentor agents in Arizona, negotiate on behalf of my clients, and oversee every transaction to ensure an exceptional experience from contract to closing.

Outside of real estate, I’m the founder of She Thrives Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. Serving my community has always been just as important to me as serving my clients.

When I’m not running my business, you’ll usually find me with my family, working on my health journey, creating content, or chasing the next big goal.

One thing about me… I’ll start over 100 times if I have to.

Change doesn’t scare me.

Settling does.

I’ve learned that growth often requires letting go of what’s comfortable. Reinventing yourself can be uncomfortable, but staying somewhere you’ve outgrown is even harder.

So if something isn’t working, I’ll adjust. If I fail, I’ll learn. If I need to start over, I will.

Because every new beginning gets me one step closer to the life I’m building.
