After four weeks training and exams at the UCI-WCC. I learnt so much from the courses and very thankful to the Tutors of WCC.
The course was a incredible opportunity for me to learn the more hand-on approach to repair and maintenance of Bicycle.
I’m proud to say that I’m a UCI certified Mechanic from Hong Kong.

在UCI-WCC接受了四個星期的訓練和考核，對我來說這是一個絕佳的學習機會；課程𥚃學習到很多專業單車維修知識，非常感謝WCC的導師們教導。
我很自豪地說我是一名來自香港的 UCI 認證機械師。

其實我準備不足，出發前兩個月，我和他們說要練車，上lock鞋。但我仆街了，養傷、心累、計劃不足，我一直覺得自己做不夠。

在機場等出發的時候，他倆就很興奮，說終於要出發了，說第一次和我一起搭飛機去踩車。但我還是心不在焉，在擔心，覺得這那。

然後旅程開始，到埗、休息、組車、試車，準備出發，但天氣一直不似預期，濕答答的台北，濕著的街道。我們和Paul 哥走了一趟河濱，傍晚到夜晚，天橋下等雨停。冷冷的身子吃熱呼呼的鐵板燒，再在密集的雨中趕回酒店。等DC大佬到。等人齊。等天氣好轉，等不到於是只好搭車去宜蘭。

然後簽到，休息，吃飯，認識阿義。準備啟程。

三天的試煉就開始了。第一天我就爆掉了，熱到爆炸。大概是踏頻太快或者緊張，很想要跟上前邊的人的腳步，而慢慢甩了大部隊。一路踩，休息，再踩，回到酒店的時候覺得累透，覺得自己熱得厲害好像中暑。休息了一晚好好多，第二天繼續面腫腫出發，繼續是踩，休息，吃飯，再踩，天微亮踩到日中艷陽炙燒，爬完很高的山然後落很深的斜，再到陰天密雲落大雨，濕透爬山回酒店，個人已經有點兒飄走。第三天水腫到不行，睡得不夠一來已經呆滯了一下，體力恢復不夠，我先行出發的心力在阿哥他們終於追上來的時候就發現已經用得一乾二淨，後來的路程都是他們連推帶拉。沒有他們，我大概完成不了第三天。

回程巴士上Paul哥問我累不累，我說最累是第三天，他說台北落宜蘭好彩是下雨，我們搭車不是踩，不然踩多一天你會更累。

是的，天氣也幫了我一把。謝謝它。

誠如阿哥所講，一個人並不能夠達成什麼，我所得回來的他人口中的成就，全靠他們。

多謝Paul哥，沒有他就沒有整件事的發生，他是靈魂人物，箇中令人歎妙之處和他相處過的人就能明白；多謝阿義，參加活動的細節想也知道是很煩的事情，除此之外還有陪伴和美照，果然能和小高一起玩的都是厲害的夥伴和攝影大師；多謝DC大佬，各種後援支持不能盡數，實在打從心底佩服；多謝Alan哥哥的鼓勵和帶車，和你一起騎車很開心，吹水也很開心；多謝Michelle的按摩槍和拉筋活動以及Joanne的鹽錠，救我一命；多謝Janssen路上的掌聲；thank you so much for Jason that carry me on the road, riding with you was so happy and feel safe! You are so powerful! 多謝Rosanna的嘗試和堅持，她的故事每每都令我折服，讓我看到意志能走到多遠。

多謝Matthew，要多謝嘅東西已經數唔晒，有今生冇來世，大概係咁嘅意思；最後，要多謝我阿哥，多謝所有的愛和幫助，我曾經和他說過他是我的貴人，大概今生都係。

我並沒有達成什麼了不得的成就，若有，是這群人的參與和堅持，成就了我的完成。

「中央山脈自行車極致挑戰」是台灣最具代表性的多日高山自我挑戰賽。

賽事為期三天，挑戰台灣三大經典高山路線（武嶺、武陵、塔塔加），總爬升超過 7700 m，被車友視為體能與耐力的終極試煉。

Day 1：礁溪 ➔ 武陵農場
Day 2：武陵農場 ➔ 大禹嶺 ➔ 武嶺 ➔ 埔里
Day 3：埔里 ➔ 日月潭 ➔ 塔塔加 ➔ 阿里山
