There is no single way to enter PAUSA.
You may arrive because something in your life is changing.
Because you’re building a business.
Because you’re leading others.
Because your organization wants to support people differently.
Or simply because something within you is asking for more space.

PAUSA can be experienced through personal practices, the 21-Day Journey, workshops, leadership and entrepreneurship programs, retreats and community experiences.
Different doors.

The same invitation:
Pause. Turn inward. Integrate.

Explore the PAUSA experience that meets you where you are.

PAUSA began as a question:

What happens when, instead of immediately pushing forward, we learn to turn inward first?

Over time, that question became a practice.
And that practice became a method.

Introducing The PAUSA Method™.
P — Presence
A — Awareness
U — Uncover
S — Self-Regulation
A — Aligned Action

Five movements that invite us to understand ourselves before deciding how we want to move forward.
Not another formula for doing more.
A practice for becoming more conscious of how we live, lead, create and choose.
The way forward begins within.

Welcome to The PAUSA Method™.

There are moments when moving forward doesn’t require another strategy, another goal or another answer.
Sometimes it begins with a pause.
PAUSA is a space to turn inward, understand what is asking for our attention and move forward with greater awareness and alignment.

For individuals.
For entrepreneurs.
For leaders.
For organizations.

Different journeys. The same beginning.

The way forward begins within.

Welcome to PAUSA.

We spend a lot of time teaching entrepreneurs how to build a business.
But before the business plan, perhaps there is another plan worth exploring:
The life you want your business to make possible.
What does success mean to you?
Not to your family.
Not to social media.
Not to the business world.
To you.
Because before we can build something sustainable, we need to understand what we are actually trying to sustain.
This is where PAUSA Skills begins.

PAUSA Skills became the natural continuation of the journey.
Three questions guide the experience:
What does success mean to me?
Who am I to build it?
How do I make what I’m building visible and sustainable?
Not another business plan.
A different place from which to create one.
