✨ ARE YOU READY TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF? ❤️‍🩹 @pause.highland

Tell them Hk sent you to recharge! Code: JULIANA3D6F

Because I finally am.

For the longest time, I thought healing meant finding the woman I used to be.

The woman before the grief.
Before the heartbreak.
Before the trauma.
Before life completely changed everything I thought my future would look like.

But I’ve realized something…

I’m not supposed to become her again.

I’m supposed to become someone NEW.

Someone who has survived things she never imagined.
Someone who has learned that boundaries aren’t selfish.
Someone who doesn’t apologize for being a little weird, a little loud, a little nerdy, and completely herself. 😂💕

I’m becoming the woman who takes herself on dates, explores new places, dances even when she doesn’t know the steps, walks into the gym even when she’s insecure, and makes memories instead of waiting for the perfect moment.

The woman who can be a mom, a widow, a business owner, a creator, a collector, a dreamer, and still have an entire identity of her own.

And the most beautiful part?

I don’t have to have everything figured out to start becoming her.

I just have to keep choosing myself.

One adventure.
One boundary.
One brave decision.
One ridiculously pink outfit.
One imperfect day at a time. 💗

So Healing Hotties, here’s your reminder:

You are allowed to outgrow the version of yourself that was only trying to survive.

You’re allowed to change your mind.
You’re allowed to want MORE.
You’re allowed to start over as many times as it takes.

And you’re allowed to become someone your past self never imagined was possible.

I’m not chasing the woman I used to be anymore.

I’m creating the woman I WANT to be. 🔥❤️‍🩹

💕 Healing Hotties, what’s ONE thing you’re doing to become the best version of yourself?

Still thinking about our VIP Grand Opening night 💙

Getting to open our doors and celebrate with so many people from this community was such a special way to officially kick things off. We’re incredibly grateful for every person who has supported us, shared our name, stopped by, brought a friend, or cheered us on while we worked to get here.

Highland, thank you for welcoming Pause so warmly. We’re so excited to be here and even more excited for what’s ahead.

And a huge thank you to the people who helped make the night what it was:

Couldn’t have asked for a better night or a better community to celebrate with. 💙 by @pause.highland
