God, I really wish I could describe the feeling of putting this reel together from last night's rehearsal. I will try my best. Here we go. Clipping these clips together spun me into the sudden realization that a dream of mine has come true. Grappling with this newfound recognition opened the valve of my heart, and brought tears to my eyes. I am watching a story about how miracles heal pain, and how pain creates miracles unfold right before my eyes. A circumstance in my life that literally was the sole catalyst to my writing career. A story I wrote over a decade ago. A story that has sat and collected dust for so long. A story that is now a breathing, living experience, conducted by an amazing cast that I couldn't be more grateful for. I know the cliche statement that "dreams do come true" is an overused testament, but man... if I were to preach anything to anyone it would be this... "Whole heartedly believe in yourself. Believe in your power. Believe in your capacity. Believe in the magnitude of the universe pouring through you. Believe in your abundance. Believe in great things of yourself and others. And above all... believe in love." I will leave you with this. I really wanted to have sold out shows. Every night. And then it hit me. Does that really matter? Whoever is suppose to come see the play, life will naturally lead them there. Whoever is suppose to be touched by it, the universe will bring them there. Whoever is suppose to see it, even if it's one person in the audience... then I hope it inspires them as much as other people who have dared to dream have inspired me. I have no words to describe what happened… NEVER MIND! I DO HAVE WORDS! I can now officially be reunited with my children as their LEGAL PARENT. All lies about me, my character and my parenting were impeached by BRITTANY (yes, I hired my attorney based on the fact that I can say “ITS BRITNEY, BITCH!”) She stood up for me in the most fierce way possible. But above all… she stood up for my kids’ rights to have their other parent in their lives. #custody #justice #love #light #mykids by @pavka_bg

My dear friend Patricia, you’re truly a godsend angel. We have only known each other four short years, and I can’t help but think that perhaps God knew what he was doing when he made our paths cross. Without your angel wings, I wouldn’t be able to fly. When all of this transpired, you offered me the most stable ground to stand on. You held my hand with all your might, and never spoke with an ounce of doubt that I will be alright. In truth, I am alright mainly because of you. I have somewhere I can rest my head, I have a way of getting to work, and above all… I have a lifelong friend. Signs signs signs… still… over a hundred and fifty days of not seeing my children. I have tried every legal path to facilitate communication, and no effort on the other side. I have been discarded as if I never existed. As if I didn’t spend ten years raising my children, being their closest confidant, their safety net, their father. Every day is another layer of damage my children have to bare. I at least have the tools to process this grief. They don’t. By the time October 8th comes it will be half a year… you make it make sense to me. The sad part is that it isn’t the legal system that’s to blame. But the abuse and manipulation of it. “Steadily emerging with grace.” When all of this destruction was thrown at me I made one plea with God “Whatever happens, may I move through this rough patch as graceful as a dancer would.” And so it is. One particular heavy day, when emotions nearly reached unbearable heat, my friend @jillianrosephoto kindly took some shots of me for my new acting manager. Following that evening, I felt as if my heart had broken in half. It had finally reached its capacity of what it could handle. The pain of not being there to protect my children had poisoned every part of me. The following morning, she sent me the digitals. I was stunned at what I saw in the shots - my light was still shining. My heart was still beating. And with life. And sadness at the same time. She later told me that the only preset that worked on the shots in her editing software had the following label “love and light”. Today, was another day I was reminded of what it means to thrive with strength, tenacity and grace in midst of the most harrowing experience of my life. I have become the duality. The sadness and the strength. Both simultaneously existing to fuel each other. My sadness summons my strength. My strength bows down to my sadness. But in the road between them lies my tenacity to keep going. October is justice month and just around the corner. I will see you in that room. #love #dancer #peace #god #fyp by @pavka_bg
