An ode to what was 🏚️🪞✨

12 weeks into our home renovation! Starting to forget what it used to look and feel like. Walking into our home today feels like a complete transformation and we're still about a month out from completion 😜💪🏼 #sendcoffee

Our best kept secret 🤫 if it were up to me, we'd have hidden + functional storage in every room.

When designing our fireplace makeover we knew storage was a must. With firewood and fireplace accessories in mind, @pavthebuilder built a slide out drawer on each end of the hearth. For now, they make a great place to store the endless amounts of dog toys that are otherwise scattered around the house 🧸🎾🦴

I can't believe we've been *living* in our house for six months! While it will always be a work in progress, I couldn't be more proud with how much we've accomplished in such a short period of time. ✨💪🏼👷🏼‍♂️👷🏼‍♀️

I've got tons of content to share, but in the meantime this lil' house tour will have to do! 🏡 pls ignore the martini bar lol

Next on the list 📝:

• Sneaker storage - DIY built in shelving
• Kitchen dining nook

meet the "super simple" DIY project I asked @pavthebuilder to create for us. With what felt like a million steps in the process, we are finally done with one of two closets. ✨🍾 we love how it turned out!

We love a quick DIY turnaround! Our floating slat wall turned out so good ❤️‍🔥 We knew we needed a place to conveniently hang keys, bags, leashes, etc. but don't have a ton of space to work with in our entryway. The result is 👨🏼‍🍳🤌🏼

With spare wood from the fireplace install and a few extra hardware knobs, @pavthebuilder brought our vision to life in just over 24 hours ⚡️she's cute and she's functional. Now back to finishing these hall closet doors!

So much progress has been made these last two weeks! Our kitchen is nearly complete ✨big props to @pavthebuilder for finalizing the plumbing and install for our stunning sink🚰, installing our island hood vent 🪭, hanging our cute pendants 💡 AND solo installing our oven. This man does it all 🫡

NTS: Okay we can peel off the protective film on the island now 🤣 also, what type of barstools should we get?!
