Another Mutt Strut in the books!!

This has become one of our favorite days of the year. So many pups, so many amazing people in costume, and just so much LOVE for our four legged companions, all around.

@phillypaws goes above and beyond putting this event together, and it’s never short of amazing. We wanted to THANK them for having us again this year ☺️

And THANK YOU to everyone who stopped over for PAWTRAITS, or just to say hi. It always means a ton, and you guys make what we do so much fun 📸🐶

Last Saturday at @atmyhou.se

What we thought was going to be a wash of day due the rain, ended up being a pretty beautiful turnout ☺️

We can’t THANK everyone enough for coming out in that weather with your pets and making the day what it was. We love you guys!

And BIG TIME THANK YOU to @atmyhou.se for having us again! The store has become a part of the PAWTRAITS.. that blue rug is working overtime 🙂

Back in August we popped up at @atmyhou.se on 4th St for the first time!

Man, was it a vibe! ‘Groovy’ would be the word I’d use to describe it. The space where we set up and made PAWTRAITS was probably my favorite of all time 😁 We kind of had this whole back chunk of the shop to ourselves. It was a dream, and all the people and pups were AMAZING!

We’re super excited to be coming back this upcoming Saturday 9/26 from 12pm-3pm

We hope to see you there! Bring your pet, check out the store and get a PAWTRAIT! by @pawtraitpopup

A couple weeks ago we did one of our pop-ups where we provide the good people of Rittenhouse Square some FREE PAWTRAITS of their pets 😂😂

It’s one of our favorite things to do. The vibes are always through the roof, and we get to drum up some business (Bob Belcher’s voice). But most importantly, and it’ll sound cliche, we just LOVE making photos of your pets and engaging with them. Simple as that

It was an amazing day. We had such a blast meeting new pups and people, and seeing familiar faces. That’s what it’s all about

We can’t wait to do another one! Looking like October-ish.. be on the look out 🍂🎃👀 taken in Rittenhouse Square by @pawtraitpopup

GO BIRDS!!! 🦅🦅🦅

Yesterday we had our kick off to the season pop-up at @foleysonsouth 🏈

What an awesome afternoon it was! The store was jumping, Super Bowl highlights playing in the background, dogs in Eagles jerseys.. it was a sight to behold 🤩

BIG THANK YOU to @foleysonsouth for having us! We can’t wait to come back… and who knows, there’s a couple more Philly teams whose seasons haven’t started yet 🤷‍♂️🏀🏒👀

All these pups came to play, as did their parents aha THANK YOU so much for bringing them out. The familiar faces and the new ones, we love you guys!!

Christal and Kevin have been bringing Rosy to our pop-ups for years now. She’s always a little shy, but we always get the best shots of her, and that’s why we love her ☺️

This past weekend we had the pleasure of making PAWTRAITS of her at home. What a glorious afternoon it was. Christal and Kevin made this shoot a blast, and had me cracking up the entire time 😂Nothing is better than parents going ALL OUT to get a great photo of their pet

(sidebar: I already love the three of them.. but towards the end of the shoot, I noticed some Lord of the Rings trinkets in the room we were working in.. and then they pointed out some more lol.. and that’s when I knew it was real 🥰🥹.. bffs 4LIFE!)

Yesterday we popped up at @superpupsdaycare up in Conshohocken for their Five Year Anniversary Party 🍻5️⃣🎉

The owner, Julia, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special day for everyone, people and pup, and what a great turnout it was! They also made it the easiest day, and took such good care of us

We were set up in the lobby, and all the pups/daycare regulars were zooming right past us and were itching to get inside where they hang out on the day to day. It was awesome 😂😂 That’s when you know they love it

Here are some of the pups who came out to celebrate 📸 We even snuck a couple hooman babies in there 😉

THANK YOU @superpupsdaycare for having us be apart of the day ☺️ taken in Super Pups by @pawtraitpopup

Knox’s people are getting MARRIED 💍🍻📸🐶

We met Knox a few years ago on Passyunk Ave while we were popping up at Amelie’s. We saw him and his mom, Miranda, walking down the street towards us, and Mary and I shared the same thought.. ‘awl man, please bring him over 😍’

He was a natural 📸 And we’ve been friends with them since ☺️

..

There’s something to this Pawtrait Pop-Up thing where we’ve been able to build relationships with people, and their pets. It’s kind of beautiful 🙂 and it’s something we cherish.

When Miranda and Darryl reached out and asked if we’d be interested in shooting their wedding in the fall, it was a no brainer

Last weekend, we got together to make some engagement photos, and Knox being involved was a must. We hit some of their special spots around town, but Knox stole the show ❤️🍦 taken in Old City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @pawtraitpopup

This is Enzo

A few weeks back, his dad reached out for some PAWTRAITS to encapsulate him in all of his puppy glory before he starts getting bigger 🥹☺️

Elfreth’s Alley seemed like the right spot to do it

You can’t really see it, but there was a lot of foot traffic. What you can see, is Enzo, locked in, knowing the assignment 😂 This good boy was focused, and gave me gold.
