After I had my twins, I lost myself.
Choosing myself has been the best decision I've ever made. Setting boundaries, finding myself again, and learning to be vulnerable changed my life.
I'm so proud of how far I've come and truly blessed with everything I have.

To my family and friends—thank you for standing by my side through the good times and the hard ones. I'll always be grateful. 🤍🙏

Leg day with my physiotherapist today! 🙌
Got some confirmation that I’m doing things right, plus plenty of tips and tricks to improve my knee, technique and strength.
Progress isn’t always about doing more, sometimes it’s about doing it better. 🫶

Okay guys! Here’s an update on my leg sleeves…
First of all, I ordered the WRONG size. 🤦‍♀️
So after returning them, I ordered a new pair in the RIGHT size. 😂
And here they are — the correct size! 🙌😂

Life isn’t always easy, but I’m blessed with people who laugh with me, cry with me, hold me through the hard days and celebrate the good ones.
Thank you 🤍

Leg day ✌️
Tried RDLs… kinda.
The technique? Questionable.
The effort? Absolutely there. 🤣🔥
What did you train today?
