Here are some pictures from the end of my 2026 school track season. Durring the course of my 2026 school track season we made leaps and bounds in form and began to consistantly hit PRs once more. Thank you Coach Blair, Coach Armstong, and Coach Nathan for all you've taught me and done for me. I am beyound grateful. We are expecting and hoping for a lot of growth for this upcoming school season.

Unfortuantly, I have been unable to pratice and compete for the past few months due to injury, but I deeply hope to be back by December to hopefully be able to praticape with preseason for the Ralston Valley High School Track team.

Some of the things I have been struggling with is tendon issues on and off in my right hand but also a knee injury. I am in physical therapy for my knee and hope to be able to at least begin training through lifting again soon.

Until then thank you for the support. I know God has my back and hopefully I'll be back at it soon. by @payton.throws

Disk work
So this year I am still getting the hang out rotational shot and disk but I am also trying to figure out how to reverse.

Note this is right after I threw a PR and we failed to catch it on film. So me and Coach Blair were working to see if we could catch any other good throws but as you can see it quickly went kinda downhill... by @payton.throws
