Somehow we always end up laughing in Body Mechanics 😂

But I actually love training this way.

Pay attention to the details, repeat them A LOT… and still enjoy yourself while doing it. 😌🔥

Save this one and try it with us.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month
with Latin Dance at Your Workplace 💃🏽

For the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of bringing Latin dance into workplaces for Hispanic Heritage Month.

These events have become something truly special for the companies, their teams, and for me.

Celebrating culture, connection, and a little bit of dance. ❤️

Something we learned in Seychelles: only positive vibes, as the islanders would always say.
We try to apply this in our everyday life.
