Com sonen Pale Blue Eyes? Aquest trio britànic format per Matt Board (veu principal, guitarra i teclats), Lucy Board (bateria, teclats i veus) i Aubrey Simpson (baix) van començar amb un so indie pop clàssic tirant cap al dream pop i amb el temps han anat enriquint la seva personalitat amb capes de guitarres shoegaze, kraut i electrònica. Precisament d'aquella primera època, del seu primer àlbum “Souvenirs” (2022), us portem el seu single “Globe”.

Was a pleasure opening for @saintetienneofficial last night at @electricstudiossheff - thanks to them for having us on their mega farewell tour. And nice one to everyone who came down early to catch our set🕺🏽

Last year I tried to bring Pale Blue Eyes to Canada and the US, but as luck would have it, a combination of factors impacted our plans (sorry again Greg). Next week, the band make their North American debut at @secondsummerfestival where they perform on the Thursday evening at Collective Arts with @elephantstone & @prismshores They also perform on Friday in Hamilton also at Collective Arts for @actorisaband record release. In-between, they may do touristy things, record a live session, and hang out. With that said, they’re awesome live, lovely people, and if you can help show them a good time while here, I’d appreciate it. - Eric by @pbemusic

Born of a cross-pollination between Totnes and Sheffield, @pbemusic have been steadily grafting over a number of years to exact their modernist pop vision 🌱🌱

At the ship’s helm, Matt and Lucy Board are a genuine marriage of two stylistic perspectives, each bringing unique sonic tropes to the table. The pair’s fascination with DIY ethic, retro synths and reminiscence fuels their sound world, calling upon nostalgia and a captivating optimism. The third part of the Pale Blue Eyes triad arrived when Matt and Lucy met bassist Aubrey Simpson at South Devon’s Sea Change festival.

The trio have released three full-length albums - ‘Souvenirs’ (2022), ‘This House’ (2023), and ‘New Place’ (2025), as well as ‘pbe archives vol. 1’ including fan-favourite live staples and experimental interludes, and ‘BBC Radio 6 Music Sessions’ featuring a selection of live versions of tracks from the band’s first three albums, recorded for @bbc6music.

WARM PARTS

Warm Parts are a Post Rock, Alternative, Instrumental band based in Todmorden West Yorkshire, who’s music style is influenced by genres such as Krautrock, post rock, psychedelic, and Shoegaze.

Warm Parts have a broad range of influences, including bands Diiv, Toy, Add N to(X), Minami Deutch and Mogwai, amongst others.

The band will be releasing their second EP - New Colours, on Golden Lion Sounds as a 12" vinyl and digital this autumn.
The EP also features three remixes by Pale Blue Eyes, Peter Duggal and Richard Norris
