Last night’s performance by Zeppo was nothing short of a masterclass in live music, showcasing the extraordinary talent of these local musicians. Each member seemed to be at the top of their game, delivering an energetic show that left the audience thoroughly captivated. The band truly poured their hearts out on stage, creating an atmosphere that was both electrifying and intimate, allowing the appreciative crowd to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

A highlight of the evening was the special cameos by Janey Winterbauer, whose vocal range was nothing less than stunning. She effortlessly commanded the stage, adding a rich layer to the performance that resonated beautifully with the audience.

Having been fortunate enough to be invited multiple times over the years by the band to capture images of their performances, I can confidently say that this evening stood out. The energy was palpable, and the camaraderie among the musicians created an *ego-free environment* that is often rare in such talented groups. It’s refreshing to see artists support each other while showcasing their best work.

Dave Russ brought his immense talent and deep knowledge to the forefront, perfecting every nuance of each song. His contributions were both subtle and impactful, enhancing the overall sound without overshadowing the ensemble. Meanwhile, Patrick, with his relentless guitar attack, never missed a beat, maintaining a seamless flow throughout the night. It was impressive to witness his ability to switch guitars for nearly every song while keeping everything running smoothly.

In summary, Zeppo’s performance was a true celebration of local talent, marked by passion and authenticity. The combination of skilled musicianship and collaborative spirit made for an unforgettable evening that will surely resonate with everyone who attended. The evening was a testament to the power of music to unite and inspire, leaving a lasting impression on all. by @pboblett
